This privacy policy explains how ColorPilot (color.trysitely.com) handles information when you use our website. We are committed to your privacy and have designed our tools to work without collecting personal data.

Information We Do Not Collect

ColorPilot does not collect personal information. All color operations — conversions, palette generation, contrast checking, gradient generation, color blindness simulation, and all other tool calculations — run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No color input data, HEX codes, RGB values, results, or user preferences are transmitted to any server.

We do not require account creation. We do not collect your name, email address, IP address in our own logs, or any other identifying information as part of normal site use. Your design work stays entirely on your device.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use ColorPilot in aggregate. GA4 collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general geographic region (country/city level). This data helps us understand which tools are most useful and how to improve the site. No personally identifiable information is passed to GA4, and IP addresses are anonymized before storage.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google AdSense & Advertising

ColorPilot displays advertisements served by Google AdSense to support the free operation of this site. Google may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve personalized advertisements based on your browsing activity across websites. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our contact form, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Data Retention

Because ColorPilot does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data to retain or delete. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention policies (14 months by default). You may request deletion of your Analytics data via your Google account settings.
